1. 🎯 Purpose

Rahat For All Foundation is a registered, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) working to improve lives through:

• Digital awareness & internet hygiene campaigns

• Mental wellness initiatives

• Educational support & motivational programs

• Youth empowerment drives

• Mobile de-addiction support via the CYS App

2. 💸 Use of Donations

All donations collected by Rahat For All Foundation are exclusively utilized for charitable purposes, including but not limited to:

• Organizing awareness campaigns in schools, colleges, and coaching institutions

• Technical development, updates & maintenance of the CYS mobile application

• Printing and distribution of educational/campaign materials (banners, posters, flyers)

• Travel, logistics, and refreshments for volunteers

• Honorarium/remuneration for certified trainers, speakers, or subject experts

• Day-to-day operational and administrative costs associated with NGO activities

3. 📑 Donation Policy

• Donations made to Rahat For All Foundation are voluntary and at the full discretion of the donor.

• Donations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of:

  • Technical error

  • Duplicate transaction

  • Mistaken excess payment
    Such cases will be evaluated upon written request and verification.

• A donation receipt (digital or physical) will be issued on request.

• Eligible donations qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• Donors can use the receipt to claim tax benefits in accordance with applicable government rules.

4. 🔐 Data Privacy & Protection

• The Foundation is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all donor and participant information.

• We do not share, sell, or trade personal data with any third party.

• Donor and user information may be used solely for:

  • Issuing receipts or certificates

  • Sharing campaign updates or newsletters

  • Complying with legal, audit, or government reporting obligations

5. 👥 Volunteer & Campaign Participation

• Individuals (volunteers, field workers, educators, speakers) involved in any initiative must:

  • Comply with the Foundation’s code of conduct and ethical policies

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior with all participants

• Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation may result in immediate suspension or removal from all activities and associations with the Foundation.
